Manufacturer Warranty

MOST vehicle manufacturers have a 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. TYPICALLY, this warranty MAY cover water leak repairs. If the water leak is due to an outside source, i.e. aftermarket parts, neglect, wear and tear, Manufacturer warranty will not cover the repair. If you are unsure if your vehicle is covered under warranty, please contact your nearest repair facility related to the MAKE of your vehicle. All repairs made under warranty must be made at the dealership.

Midlands Auto Leak Experts Warranty

Midlands Auto Leak Experts will provide a 1-year warranty with all repairs made by our technician(s).

Warranty is only applicable within that quarter (1/4) of the vehicle repair, even if the entire vehicle is water tested. (i.e. If the driver front section of a vehicle is repaired, warranty only applies to that portion of the vehicle.)

Warranty will not be applicable on repairs made where prior repairs were attempted by an outside person/company. Should the owner of the vehicle or another company attempt to repair a water leak and that repair fails, Midlands Auto Leak Experts LLC will not warranty the secondary repair made by technician nor be held responsible should the leak continue and cause related damages.

Should the customer decline the repair to come back at a later date, estimates for repair and diagnosis are subject to change and/or be waived. After 30 days, diagnosis will need to be performed again to insure that no additional leaks have become present or that the leak has moved creating a different concern.
